Where are we?

  • Our Office is located at Brockholes Arms Auction Mart.
  • We give a 24 hour service, 365 days a year.
  • Our working hours are:
    • 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday
    • 8.30 to 12 noon Saturday
    • Out of hours service (emergencies only) outside of these times.
  • Our receptionist works every morning from 9.30 to 12.30, to take drug orders, book visits etc. Outside these hours you will be connected to Hat or Em directly, who will be happy to take your calls.
  • We welcome visitors to our office - the kettle is always on and there are usually biscuits in the tin (depending on how hungry Em has been!)
  • Also at Procters Village Store in Chipping - for drug collections arranged in advance (usually delivery the same day).
